OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的 To assist HSE manger to create a safer and healthier work environment by implementing various procedures and influencing others.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责 ?Assist HSE manger in developing local heath, safety and environmental procedures and implement them in accordance with relevant laws, ZF-TRW Global and International Standards.?Lead and organize risk assessment, including machine guarding assessment, and follow corrective actions for all the positions for all lines.?Coordinate ergonomics training and assessment to reduce ergonomics risks.?Conduct weekly compliance audit for management system and legal requirements.?Arrange toolbox meeting materials and monitor its implementation.?Conduct new employee HSE training and follow department level training effectiveness.?Assist in ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 system maintain and update for recertification.?Influence project owner to improve contractor safety, and report noncompliance to management team. ?Permit to work implementation for high risk operations. ?Hazardous waste management including training for operators, liaison for transfer to licensed supplier, 5S in hazardous warehouse?Occupational hazards assessment and control, PPE assessment for all positions and update the standard.?Attend BCC/PCC meeting to address HSE issues for three plants.?Supervise contractors for fire protection system maintenance and upgrade?Coordinate MOC procedure implementation to consider HSE impact, and line acceptance check before mass production. ?Manage access control, CCTV maintenance and upgrade?Perform various relevant duties as assigned by HSE Manager.KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求?Good communication and influencing skills. ?Team player. ?Able to communicate in English and ChineseEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求?Minimum diploma or higher in safety engineering, environmental engineering, or related fields?Over 3 years HSE experience in MNC?National certified safety professional or other relevant certificates preferred.职能类别：环境/健康/安全工程师（EHS）
