Responsibilities:-Responsible for the development of design concept to start of mass-production of new projects.-Good experience of the feasibility study on Initial Design and quick feedback to customer with constructive suggestion.-Excellent ability to work out a part list and calculate material cost.-Promptly accomplish the construction building according to the specification.-Exactly estimate the prototype samples, finish the function/ performance test.-Implement a DFMEA to prioritize avoidance of potential failure mode with high risk identified.-Familar to use a calculation model for system dynamic behavior and tolerance chain/ FEA calculation.-Mold list preparation, mold material/ cavity/ shinkage rate definition,-Follow DFM to consummate the part drawing.-Follow-up the engineer run, mold modification, new part estimation.-Compilate the documents and drawings each stage of product development. Performs the calculation of dimension chain and tolerance range.-Track project each stage of node, ensure that all work on time or ahead of schedule.-Jig/ fixture estimation.-Control plan review.-Complete design database archive.Requirement:-Minimum master in Mechanical Engineering.-At least 6 years solid working experience in design/development Technology on household appliance.-Technical know-how to coffee maker of capsule type.-Master injection, sheet metal and compression moulding mold knowledge, complete the structural design work of the specific parts.-Skilled use of Creo2.0, Pro/E,UG, Ansys, Fluent to design product 3D model and finite element analysis(Statics,Dynamics etc..).-Strong communication skills and must be able to express technical concepts in verbal and written forms.-Familiar with EMI, UL, IEC, RoHS and REACH certification.-Ability to understand and operate software application such as Unigraphics or Pro E and-Must be a self-starter, a team player and able to perform independently with remote supervision.-Excellent Verbal and written English.职能类别：结构工程师机械工程师
