Responsibilities:1.To do the marketing for payroll and related HR outsourcing work2.Meet with the potential clients and prepare proposals or quotations for clients3.Develop the working plan for the whole department4.Manage the organization structure of the whole department5.Guide group supervisor and team leader to provide the services for clients6.Prepare department annual budget and monitor the course7.Direct department daily operation8.Responsible to lead service project9.Responsible and report to Director10.Build up good relationship with clients11.Conduct training session12.Cooperate with other department managers on client services13.Responsible to develop and train junior staff and intern14.Responsible to recruit payroll staff and intern Requirements:1.Post-graduate qualifications are an advantage2.At least 5 years’ experience in human resources, solid functional HR skills3.Previous work experience gained from large multinational company is prefer4.Good in English (oral and written)5.Extensive experience in leading teams6.Excellent understanding of employment legislation7.A passion for developing high performance teams and cultures8.Excellent communication and influencing skills9.Willing to join our payroll services team as a long-term career plan职能类别：薪资福利经理/主管
