Job Responsibilities：1. Lead team to perform A/C base maintenance work/modification as per applicable maintenancedocuments.2. Ensure the maintenance work meet the company and customer’s safety and quality requirement.3. Coordinate with project manager to manage the daily maintenance progress to catch the projectschedule.4. Coach staff to improve maintenance ability including maintenance safety awareness, systemknowledge, standard practice skills, team work spirit, etc.Preferred Education:1. Minimum Diploma, Bachelor preferred.Preferred Job Skills and Qualifications:1. At least 6 years A/C maintenance experience in MRO or Airline.2. Hold CCAR 66 ME basic license, B767 ME type II license preferred.3. Good leadership, team work and problem solving abilities, proficient in B737NG Avionics systems.4.
