Responsibilities1.Ensure we build the right products, release must meet the products requirement defined by the US parent company2.Deploy Company Quality Policy and continue to improve standards operating procedures throughout the organization and make sure we pass the ISO annual audits.3.Assist sales to handle quality issue or quality complain from customers, travel to the site if needed.4.Guide the technician in managing the day-to-day quality analysis,5.Familiar with measurements on product viscosity, infrared spectrometer, GC and water content determination will be a plus.6.Work with the senior USA/local technical resource in the organization to provide leadership and ensure adherence to company technical direction.Requirement1.Experienced in setting quality control directions and ISO audit.2.Bachelor Science degree in Chemistry，polymer science or equivalent in a related field3.Must have at least 5-year experience in quality control management and trouble shooting.4.Fluent in both read and write in English are preferable.岗位职责1.确保产品质量，符合美国总公司的标准。2.执行公司质量方针政策，优化公司现有运营流程，确保顺利通过ISO年审。3.协助销售部门处理质量问题和客户投诉，如果需要，需到客户施工现场解决问题4.指导质检员日常工作，包括所有的原材料或者产品检测5.能测量产品粘度、使用红外光谱仪，水分仪，气象色谱仪会优先录取6.配合总公司，确保公司质量方针与总部保持一致。岗位要求1.熟悉质量控制和ISO 9002，懂得六西格玛者优先2.化学，高分子科学或检测相关专业本科学位3.至少5年质量部管理经验4.英文读写流利优先录取职能类别：质量管理/测试经理(QA/QC经理)质量管理/测试主管(QA/QC主管)关键字：质控部经理质量部经理质量主管质量部主管
